I’ve been dealing with BPC for nearly thirty years, as have other members of my family, and BPC’s service is beyond compare!
On the occasions that the UK Pension Service have appeared to err (not frequent, but enough times to be of note), Tom in the past, and now Peter, have dived in and refused to accept any further payment, though it has been happily offered. They point out that my initial payment was a one-time payment for life. (that didn’t stop me sending them a big bottle of scotch in thanks🤗).
