Pros:
- Bedrooms are a nice size
- Lots of closets, shelves, and kitchen cabinets
- Appliances are only a few years old but they look brand new
- Great water pressure. Takes less than 5 seconds for water to get hot
- Backyard garden and lots of walking trails leading to the Don River
- Faux fireplace and shelves in the living room is nice; means you don't need to buy a TV mount, or bookshelves
- 1920s feel of the rooms is subtle and nice
Cons:
- Windows could be larger (I love floor to ceiling windows)
- Appliances in the kitchen could be better organized to make the kitchen feel larger
- No built-in A/C. Only the portable floor units are allowed
- Lower ceiling height in the laundry room
- Nicer flooring could add a premium feel to the units
