This is my first time at this location and the staff were both super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great products and kind people! Thanks for the help!

This is a small location with a wonderful team! I’ve never had a bad experience here, rather the opposite. The website malfunctioned and I was never sent my order confirmation, order ready for pickup etc. emails. I tried for a week to reach out to the web CSM team to no avail & Queen St. W. Ended up reaching out to me asking why I hadn’t picked up yet. Order had been packed day of & had been sitting there for a week. So thankful they followed up! When I picked up they assured me they almost always pack orders same day for curbside, so if the website ever malfunctions again to give them a call the next day and they can let me know what’s up.

On top of this, they were flexible with my pickup day as I couldn’t make it downtown during the week, and agreed to hold my items until I could pickup on Saturday. Greatly appreciated!
