I live in a condo. It was about 3 months that the washroom sink's hot water was cold and I had to let it run for few minutes to get hot. The units above and below my unit had the same issue. The building's contractor visited and examined the issue few times but failed to repair it. Frustrated enough, I contacted Sharif and he was able to figure out the issue on the phone. They came over and installed a piece on the valve and the issue in all 3 units was fixed and resolved. I admire his expertise.
