I worked with Eli and his team to make my first condo purchase. Eli was incredibly patient with me as I had numerous questions as a new buyer going through the process for the first time. He slowly walked me through everything so there were no surprises. His team also helped me through multiple unsuccessful bidding attempts and I always felt supported.

After the purchase agreement, I had an issue with the occupying tenant, which was incredibly stressful. Eli was always there to answer all my questions and guide me through my options. Everything worked out in the end and I was overall extremely happy with the level of service ESA provided.

Our house purchase was complex - an estate sale that was not well managed on the estate/selling side - but Eli supported us through every up and down, surprising event that came up, working hard to get us a fair deal where others may have slowed down. He was almost always available to us, for any question big or small, went over almost every piece of paper, every line, and rationale for every signature. He's also considerate and a caring person, making working with him enjoyable even while stressful.
I cannot recommend Eli enough, and though I jokingly vow to not move again, I would use him in a heartbeat.
