Amazing fresh handmade pasta. They had 4 pastas on menu along with a couple of apps. The pasta is very fresh with a soft chewy texture. The sauces are simple, we had a tomato Ragu and a butter cheese sauce available to use that day. We waited 1.5 hrs to order and put our name down which they will call you when a table is ready. (Another 1/2 hr to 45 mins) My advice is go explore other gems in the area such as Nova Era bakery for a coffee and a tart or gaucho pie for a empanada to hold you over, It’s some of the freshest best pasta I’ve had in Toronto. Get a couple of friends who are willing to make it an event to explore the area, support local businesses and your patience will be rewarded in the form of hand kneaded pasta, but it will be some of the best to have touched your lips…Or maybe it was all the waiting that made it taste so good.
One of the best Italian food that you can find in Toronto.. these guys are only open from 12 to 2 fornlunch..its totaly worth doing the visit during the lunch.. we are so glad to find this spot during the covid time. thier pastas are the best in Canada.. Pastas are so fresh, you can feel that... they put so much thought into their dishes.. service is absolute top notch.. it's the lunch that we always look forward
Some of the best fresh pasta we have ever had! Enjoyed lunch and brought some retail home. Be prepared as there might be a line up but we’ll worth the wait!
Best freaking pasta I've had in a while! Just know that you'll have to wait in line especially for their hot lunches which only happens for 2 hours from Wednesday to Friday. But I'm telling you, it is so worth! Everything is made in-house and you can tell how great the quality is from the first bite. Definitely will be back to try their retail and more hot lunch items.

Fresh Authentic Italian pasta made with fresh ingredients is what you're looking for. However beware the very long line ups that await you during extremely busy days. Since they don't open during the weekends for lunch, any holiday during the weekday is surely filled with patrons. Would suggest you line up at least 30 mins before so you don't wait over 2+ hours once the lines go around the street corner. Lunch is served from 12 noon to 2pm. Fortunately, once you're in the line, they'll still make lunch for you as long as you've been in the line before then.
Once you've made it in, you'll realize the store/restaurant's pretty small. Table spaces for 4 tables. Behind the counter, the pasta makers are busy doing their thing.
A variety of pasta choices are available. Prices are a bit more as you would expect when they use fresh ingredients like deep orange yolk eggs. Retail products which include frozen pasta and sauces, fresh eggs, wine and a small subset of other Italian goods also available.
The Ragu Tagliatelle was very good. A soft yet chewy pasta texture and a fresh tomato meat sauce compliments the pasta.
The Spinach Ravioli in a rich tomato sauce that isn't too salty. Almost good enough to drink!
Bonus that they use environmently friendly takeout containers and cutlery. These degrade into soil. Awesome to use for starting your seedlings. It's also great to support an establishment that does.
Parking available on the side streets.
Would definitely recommend if the lines not long.
