Hazelview Properties - Broadview Mansions

I have worked with Melanie Deighton (Leasing Agent) on leasing 5 units in this beautiful building for Ukrainian Refugee families and my experience has been excellent. Melanie is patient, helpful, friendly and a true advocate for these families. The building is comfortable, well appointed and in an excellent location with a great community.

Melanie, the leasing agent for the building, is and was so helpful during the process. The building is overall very quiet and the fellow residents are kind. A dog friendly building in a great neighborhood.

Its an old building, and with that come some small issues. Leaks, heating is a bit wonky sometimes, walls aren't as thick and other small issues.

On the bright side we love our apartment! Rent is decent for Toronto and we got 3 months free rent with a reduced overall price. Big beautiful apartment overlooking Riverdale Park. HUGE living room, beautiful fire place, updated bathroom and kitchen. Nice equal sized rooms both with windows. Window in bathroom in kitchen. Lots of natural light.

Also seems like more young people are moving in which is a bonus! We really like it here.

I recently received a tour here and the property manager was phenomenal; very friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the building. Despite its age, the building is super well maintained and in great condition. The units have lots of character, and there are several amenities on site. The space seems to offer a very cozy community vibe to all residents.
