I turned to Facebook to seek advice and was presented with Ugo Mackenzie. Ugo was everything I could have asked for during my time of need. She was knowledgeable and kind and walked me through what to expect throughout the entire experience that I was about to endure. From our first consultation meeting I knew I was in the right hands. Every step of the way she kept me informed and was always quick to respond to all my inquiries. I never felt out of the loop and she also took the time to break down the situation into ease to digest pieces instead of speaking legalese. If I ever require legal assistance in the future, I now already know who my first call will be!
