An excellent team all around! From the warm greetings when my cat & I arrive, to the supportive & knowledgeable care, to the email follow-ups. Highly recommended!

My previous vet merged with Kew Beach Veterinary Hospital.

My dog had this bump on his upper eyelid which grew over time. On this one day, it seemed like it was irritating for my dog and he kept swiping at it, I was so worried that it was going to burst. So I called Kew Beach, they were fully booked and had to wait til Wednesday. They provided me with a few other vets to see if they can see my dog earlier, but all of them I called was not accepting new clients. I got so worried throughout the morning, I kept calling them and finally they were so accommodating and made an exception for me to do a last minute drop-off for them to take a look at him when the doctor is available.

I want to thank Dr. Nigel Skinner and front desk staff for being so accommodating, patient and making this exception. It was very relieving know he was going to be looked at. After all this and being anxious the whole day, doggy was okay, the bump wasn't life-threatening. Though, only way to remove it was surgically. He is also turning 14 soon, older dogs, the bumps and lumps start to appear. I took home some sterile gel and eye lubricant for my dog.

Thank you again for being so patience! :)

Our 16 year old dog was sick for over a year and we had been to a few different vet clinics during this time with not so great experiences. When we saw it was his time to go we called this clinic and they got us in right away even though we had never been here before. They were very patient with us and our elderly dog. They had everything set up so nicely, had a bed laid out for him with tons of treats ready as well as a paw print pad and papers. The vet was very patient with us too. She let us take our time with everything and took us through every step as slowly as we needed. The administrator and the vet tech were all super friendly and understanding as well. I will be coming back here permanently with any future pets.
