My mother-in-law has lived there for 5 years in our unit and has found it to be a very friendly community. She was in 25 cole, not 1 cole, but the complex is managed by one company. Regent Park has changed drastically since this condo was built in 2010. The issues some people complain about could happen at any condo downtown. Most of the old buildings are gone now and large numbers of new, market rate tenants have moved in. There is also a new community park and aquatic center just east of the condos. The views from higher floors are amazing and the sunsets are to die for.
