He rolled out the F45 menu so that our members could have high quality great tasting meals while they completed in the F45 8 week Challenge. Avaughn and his team prepared and delivered the prepared food weekly. Comments from members, Very flavourful, High quality, really enjoy Onyx meals, very convenient. Saves lots of time.
