So I did not get dental services done here, BUT I wanted to write a review for how customer-orientated Palmerston Dental is.

Out of all the dentists I've emailed, they replied the quickest. And although they didn't give me the exact price rates (which was understandable), they at least politely addressed my question whereas other places had not.

They were also kind enough to explain the new patient procedures and were open to let me know about the consultation fee. (Other places might not even mention the charge until after.) I also greatly appreciate their number to text for immediate requests. The person on the other end responded really quickly despite my inquiry being non-urgent.

Overall, if I hadn't gotten a family recommendation to another dentist, I would have came here as it was apparently "in-network" with my student insurance, meaning more of my expenses would've been covered as opposed to at another dentist.
