Parkside Place - 55 Triller Ave

I have had nothing but great service since I moved in! DMS has been attentive and made sure my apartment was ready for when I moved in. Staff and tenants seem to be friendly. DMS gives you enough notice to do maintenance on the building. I look forward to the new windows coming in! The building is very clean! The views from my apartment are spectacular! I am grateful the for the big balcony! The neighborhood is diverse with different ethnic markets, stores and restaurants. TTC is not even a 1 minute walk to Queen Street to catch the 501. Or walk 2 minutes to King Street and catch the 504. You have 5 main arteries to walk about (Queen, King, Roncesvalles, Queensway & Lakeshore). St. Joseph's hospital is just up the street. Very friendly area!

In summer 2017, building isn't perfect but is receiving renovations; new elevators, new parking lot, many fixes around the grounds, it gets better every week. It's a lot better than what it was when I moved here in 2016. It was built in the late 60s but is still a good starter for someone moving to Toronto in a great neighbourhood close to High Park and the lake. I haven't seen anything worth crying over in the year I've been here. It's affordable living in a cool area, check your expectations.
