I've always had a very positive experience picking up my groceries from here. The staff (a lady and a gentlemen who are at always at the reception desk) are very helpful, polite and friendly. My only issue is that each Walmart item comes in an individual plastic bag, leaving us with tons of plastic to take home. If they could find a way to not pack everything individually, it would be very helpful and environment friendly too.

Incredible friendly and helpful staff!
I used this store to pick up several times from IKEA and Walmart, and the staff were really helpful and kind all 3 times.
This was incredible for me as I had a nightmare experience with a UPS store in North York (Yonge and Finch) that I ended up emailing UPS and then having not enough response from them!
After that bad experience, experiencing these professional kind people was delightful, I'm not writing reviews much, but this was necessary to thank these wonderful people and motivating them to continue having this fantastic performance and service level!

Fast and efficient. The workers there are polite and helpful. Although like some other review said, they do use a huge amount of plastic bag at packaging which would be nice if they change this practice in the future. Overall, its a good experience and a good alternative to getting groceries from expensive grocery store in downtown.

The customer service staffs is very nice and helpful. Everytime I come to pick up my parts or ship them, they are friendly and quick.

I get a lot of my packages directed here and find it incredibly easy to navigate. I am a very satisfied customer and I only receive relatively small parcels so I cannot speak to any grocery or big Ikea-type items. Because of my schedule, I can only pick up my things on weekdays after 7:30pm and the employees that work that shift are just the best. I always meet the same two guys and they have only ever given me good vibes. (It also helps that I feel like they're giving me presents every time I visit lol). I was shocked to read about some of the other employees and I consider myself lucky that I've never encountered them. Anyways, as of writing this, if you pick up things on a weekday evening, you should meet friendly, helpful and totally non-aggressive employees.
