(November 18, 2019, 3:13 pm)The unit I stayed in was in great shape and represented excellent value even for out of season rates. Despite many complaints about check-in procedures being difficult, I found it all to be very convenient. I received a detailed email on the process 48 hours before check-in which made everything clear, including details for the suitably fast wifi. Service was excellent and very responsive; I accidentally pocket-dialled and hung up before anyone picked up and got a call back within 5 minutes to confirm that all was well.
Maybe it's not ideal for someone who prefers a traditional check-in counter but I found it to be very simple. I'm not sure if the value is the same with in-season rates but I'll be checking.
