Internally it’s amazing however too much construction going on too close by.

Good construction, great location, amenities and rooftop view! There’s some construction next door during the day but other than that has been great experience so far.

Amazing building: very well built, and it shows in the construction and the maintenance. 2 minutes from the best of King West, tons of restaurants, bars, the best in the city. Great amenities with an amazing rooftop patio overlooking the Toronto skyline. Gorgeous. You can see it has been taken care of well by walking the hallways and the common areas. One of the best gyms in the condos around: well equipped, clean and functional. The residents are mostly young professionals that live downtown. Good community. Concierge is amazing, Chris in particular is very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great building.
