Rosemary has demonstrated vision, talent and industry grit in the several projects she completed over the past ten years for our home. We hired her over ten years ago to do a master bath reno, and since then she steered us through a major two-floor home renovation, and recently a kids' bath reno. Her clarity, honesty and resourcefulness have always made us feel like we were in good hands; she understands our design sensibility, and knows how to integrate our needs into what she can deliver.

Rosemary is an absolute pleasure to work with; she’s talented, always professional and a good listener. Our project was small in scope (redecorated our family room and master bedroom) compared to her typical client base, but I was never made to feel any less of a priority and still received a highly personalized touch. From the outset, Rosemary was transparent and provided clarity about her process, project management expectations, and budget parameters. Her depth of knowledge and experience was evident as her spatial sense and overall understanding of flow of and between rooms, colours, lighting, fabric, carpets, art and finishes were thoughtful down to the tiniest of details. Her taste is superb and her industry contacts reflect her high standard and quality demands. Overall, working with Rosemary was easy and fun and the end result surpassed my expectations. I plan on being a repeat customer and will be contacting RO Design again for future projects.
