(September 8, 2019, 11:58 pm)Have been staying here for more than a year now. NO complaints .no water or power problems. Neatly maintained by Peter . He’s always there for any kind of maintenance problems. So thankful for him.
(November 10, 2018, 5:03 am)Relatively smooth move in. My unit originally had carpet flooring, but the manager decided to have my flooring converted to hard-wood, which was a nice surprise. They also had the Kitchen counter, and bathroom vanity table replaced too. There were some minor things, like rollers being missed on my curtain rod, and the tiles in the bathroom were rather old. But for 1.5k monthly in the down town area, it isn't bad.
If you need to reach their maintenance staff, they have an online portal. I haven't seen what happens with a high priority request, but standard level requests have taken roughly a week on average.
