Dr. Chow is great! The gentleman that fixes glasses and helps with contacts is great! It is Kim and a few other CSRs that I find off-putting. I feel un-welcomed with how they greet you as a customer, with a poor attitude. I understand you are on commision but do not take it out on the customers that come in the store.

My go to place for years. The team at Sterling Optical has always provided me exceptional customer service and that’s why I keep going back. They’re very helpful at finding what is the best fit for your needs at great prices, and offering the latest eyewear designs as well. Truly the best professionals in the game. All I can say is everyone needs to visit this Optical for all there optical needs. Liz & Ali are amazing! They were so nice and friendly to deal with, they didn’t pressure me to buy anything, I liked a few frames and needed some time to think things over and they allowed me to do that. I’m bringing all my family here from now on, I don’t know how these guys aren’t more we’ll known. I’m stoked with my Tom Ford eyeglasses!!! THANK YOU ALI & LIZ!!!
