The building itself, yes was built maybe very fast, doesn't seem like much care went into the details. Units are spacious for a newer building.
The best thing about the building is the concierge staff - particularly their newly appointed manager and evening staff. They make living in a tourist destination spot - that isn't to like neighbourhoodey feel like a home.
Lots of dogs and dog people
The gym has a lot of equipment (pre-covid)
Hard to find cheap eats near by ( except BOKU's specials) - but good choices of fancy restos/ drink spots.
Oh get a corner unit, the balconies are wild - so big !
