My partner moved into this building during opening week and while I am not a tenant myself, I stay over a few nights a week, so I can offer the perspective of a regular guest since opening week.
The Parker building is beautiful and the amenities are incredible. However, what makes this place so special are the lovely people who work here!
Everyone is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even as the building has gotten busier with more tenants, my partner and I feel we can trust the front desk and maintenance team to be nearby and available to help if needed.
Nush is an absolute star when it comes to customer service. From day one, she’s been consistently helpful, knowledgeable, proactive and genuine in nature.
I always feel welcome and respected as a guest at the Parker. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this building to anyone I know.
I cannot say enough incredible things about The Parker. The staff are outstanding and go far beyond your expectations to ensure your needs are met and you're cared for. They are receptive, responsive and respectful and are just a joy to be around. The building is incredibly pet friendly and they treat your pets like residents too. I have loved every second of living here and can't thank everyone at The Parker enough.
After viewing quite a few buildings here in Midtown, we chose The Parker because of Minnie. She is absolutely fabulous! Her energy and knowledge of the building and area made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The neighborhood is lively and the Parker is perfectly located to be part of the buzz yet offering the quietness required after a busy day. We are throughly enjoying having the gym a few floors away. Plus the arcade room and bowling alley are definite winners with our teen kids.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. The concierge team is extremely responsive. We are loving our stay here.
The Parker has been an amazing place to live. All of the staff deserve an equal shoutout. It does not get any more dog (and human) friendly than this.
Moving in was the most efficient setup I have ever seen, with a great team helping.
The concierge team have been very friendly and helpful. My pup Mylo always insist on saying hi to the team whenever we walk by (it may have to do with the treats they give). They are quick to help, and take every question, concerns and suggestions seriously.
There are fun events that happen often in the building, and they go above and beyond to host the best time.
Only 2 things I would hope can improve. 1: Parking for single bedroom units (you currently need to be in 2 or 3 bedroom units). The current off site parking is a hassle. 2: Elevator wait times (it is already improving).
The building is beautiful with awesome amenities (most are dog friendly too!). You can tell a lot of attention to detail and quality went into it. Every common space is always clean.
Highly recommend living here. It really feels like a 5 star resort lifestyle. The community in the building and in the neighbourhood have been best I've experienced in Toronto.
Choose this apartment building for it's access to public transit so that my daughter could get to school/work/events easily. She LOVES the building. Her studio apartment is perfect for a student and the amenities are an amazing perk that she has already made great use of in her first month there.
Special mention to our Leasing Agent Arjuna - who made the entire process so easy - and continues to help my daughter even after she has moved in and has questions and/or concerns.
Best choice for my daughter. Won't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking in that part of the city.
