Vatican Gift Shop

Went out with friends to the Vatican last night last minute. They found a table for a group of 6 of us and we had a drink. The server came by to unfortunately inform us that our table was actually reserved but moved us to the standing bar which was perfectly fine with us. They even covered our drinks and offered a complimentary shot. We’ll definitely be back to try to food soon!

This place was so good. Amazing service and the pizza is great (get the Vatican). The drinks are great too. You won’t be disappointed.

Super cute space, very nice owner and staff. Drinks were priced reasonably, had arancini and the mushroom pizza, both were tasty. I was with a friend from Italy and she also enjoyed it! Go early if you want a quieter atmosphere, stay late if you want a party with friends.

The Vatican Gift Shop is the most fun place to be in the east end… or really in Toronto IMHO. They have great DJs who know how to get the crowd going. The food is delicious. All the staff are always super friendly and you never have to wait ages for a drink even when it’s packed. There’s always a good mix of crowd of people which keeps us coming back again and again. Thank you for being the best local! We love the Vatican!!

This is a bar with a mysterious and great atmosphere. Staff is very polite, this was very important. The music varies from the 80’s - today’s. You can even dance in there. It is busy, so maybe it is a good idea to call and reserve if you want to get a table. Pizza was delicious and also the rice meatballs. Ride the cliche is the cocktail we ordered and loved it. Bathroom was clean. We had a great time.
