Love this building! Great amenities, friendly people, amazing location.

It's not a terrible building per se but they had no security at the time I was there (2016-2017). Oddly enough you can hear your neighbours but it's a faint noise. The unit's design is quite nice and it is made to be industrial in appearance. I remember the elevator situation being the worse and I don't think that's change. It's not a bad building and you could do a lot worse in this neighbourhood.

Great building with excellent management team and cleaning staff. Neighbourhood is amazing. The building itself is pretty quiet and safe. Elevators have issues sometimes, but every condo building seems to have the same problems. We've lived here for 8 years and have really enjoyed it.

The Westside Gallery Lofts I would say is located in one of the best areas in Toronto. Little Portugal and Queen st West is a well established community. The building itself is well maintained and people who I’ve talked to enjoy living here. The area is known to host locally sourced markets on the weekends at the Great Hall, and Locally sourced farmers markets, live bands and outdoor yoga at Lisgar park in the summer months. A vibrant art district, the area is known for its art gallery’s which host wine and cheese events on the monthly. Living in this area comes with a certain lifestyle which reminds me of a mix between Kitsilano and Commericial Dr in Vancouver. Some of my favourite spots nearby are Bellwoods Brewery, cafes at the Gladstone and Drake Hotel, Otto’s Bierhalle, Trinity Bellwods Park, Nuit social and 6ix Cycle Spin studio. With easy transit to take you around downtown, good access to the Gardiner and a Freshco & Metro across the street, the building has a lot of rental demand and attractive for investors. Amenities are fairly decent, but the units themselves have a grand and spacious feel. - Z
