Recently moved into 1200 Kingston Rd. From leasing to move in, everything went very smoothly. The unit was very clean from top to bottom which was great! Mike the Super is a nice guy and very attentive. The building itself is quiet with friendly tenants. These days with so many options for renting I feel I made the right choice with 1200 Kingston Rd! :)

I cannot say enough about Mike's professionalism, responsiveness and courtesy to me, and to the other residents of 1200 Kingston Rd throughout my tenancy. He genuinely cares about the quality of life for residents and consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure any issues or problems were dealt with in a supportive and timely manner.

You are truly lucky to have him in your employ. He made living in 1200 a pleasure.

As new comers to Canada they were very helpful in helping us sign the lease of our first apartment. The apartments were well maintained and we were blessed to have it as our first home in Canada
