65-99 Silver Springs Apartments & Townhomes

I'm living here couple of years ago building 85 before the office staff and suoer is not helpful I complain a lot of issues and nothing resolved. Now it has very big improvement the buildings now is clean and the garbage area. New super is very kind and respectful to the tenants his a hardworking guy credit to new staff.i recommend this building to others..

Our Stove broke down the other week , but the staff at MetCap where really quick in getting this service done. They were able to locate another stove and clean it like brand new and install it in out unit. They kept us updated with the status and worked real had to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Thank again to the management and maintenance team for everything they continue to do.

My experience with Metcap company was very nice as my property manager was CHARU RAHEJA. She is very kind and a sober person when it come to taking. She use to treat all the customers very politely and helps each and every person if they need any help. This type of property manager I have seen first time in Canada. So if any one is willing to stay with metcap’s apartment then I would like to recommend everyone CHARU RAHEJA as a professional and well organized property manager.
