(September 17, 2021, 7:54 pm)Ordered the fried chicken mac and cheese from the food truck at STC and I was pleasantly surprised! The chicken was juicy and crispy, not overly greasy. And I thought it'd be too spicy for me, but it was a sweet and sour kind of sauce, which I was a fan of. And of course, you can't go wrong with the layer of Mac and cheese at the bottom. Portion size was very generous, could be shared between 2-3 people! Definitely recommend :)
(July 16, 2021, 2:37 am)Southside tacos are amazing! The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and tasty but not overly greasy. The peppers added that extra kick to them and the sauce was just slightly spicy but savoury perfection! Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!
