Mark Jackson facilitated my Working At Heights full day training yesterday and it was a thoroughly enjoyable day with relevant and valuable content made easy to digest by Mark’s entertaining and thoughtful presentation. He had many stories and anecdotes to compliment the training which made it very relatable. The break area had fruit, coffee, cereal bars and chocolate and the whole facility is very pleasant, including the demonstration and practice area. I would highly recommend the training to those that need it!
Nice facility with well organized training courses, knowledgable staff and free parking. Mark is a great instructor and makes the training feel relevant with stories and examples.
Lew was a great instructor! He was able to keep myself and the whole class engaged despite the heavy load of content. I appreciated his enthusiasm for health and safety. Highly recommend!
I just completed Working at Heights training with Mark. The training is great, supported with printed course material. The presentation is rich with great videos, and figures. Mark added practical applications guiding us to properly check and wear the harnesses, and teaching us how to properly fix the lanyard to the life line. I really enjoyed the training and loved, Mark’s presences and authenticity, sense of humor, and the real life examples that he shared with us.
I highly recommend “ACT FIRST SAFETY” and I would definitely seek further trainings with Mark.
Mark Jackson is a great instructed.
He’s excellent at talking to his students as an equal and not talking down.
He is extremely knowledgeable and informative.
Even though I came I got his class thinking I knew everything, he was still able to teach me tons.
Great guy and a great experience overall.
