I am a CAA customer and very happy that Bilal Towing Inc has a contract with them. CAA was zero helpful (besides funding the towing). Bilal Towing Inc was able to jump start my car, after CAA’s pick up truck was not. Noor, the owner, was also very helpful the following day. I called CAA and they told me they had no battery service in my area. Noor, was able to send someone within 10 minutes. Great service and advocacy on his part. Also, very friendly person to ride along with. Definitely recommending his services to friends and family!

We got Bilal towing through CAA to do a tow job from a condo garage. It didn’t work out only because of our type of car, but they were super nice and helpful, helped us out the best he could, and that’s on a Saturday evening. I’m pretty grateful. 🙏

I can't say enough good things about this Company and their Driver, who helped me out significantly after a recent crash on the W/B 401 at the Allen.
Very prompt in their response time, courteous and professional.
