Thanks to Jenny, I found that for more than a decade, I had been wearing shoes that were several sizes too large due to the shape of my feet. She helped me find the perfect fitting pair of shoes with the patience of an absolute saint. We spent almost an hour looking for the right fitting shoes but it didn't feel like an hour at all.

Thanks to Calvin for setting me up with orthotic shoe pads for my flat feet. The process went smoothly and he guided me every step, explaining what was going on with each step so I never felt lost or confused.

Visiting the Scarborough North location was a life changing experience, and this is not an exaggeration. I now have a comfortable pair of shoes that fit me better than any regular store-bought shoes, with customized orthotic pads. I can now walk comfortably and confidently, without the awkward limp that I had with my previous pair of oversized shoes.

The staff are very professional and friendly and Calvin does an exceptional job treating all his clients. Modern equipment and technology used for orthotics with a comfortable setting.
