They used to have carpets in the hallways, and the odours was really bad. now they have hardwood floors and also fixed the balconies. The outside is better too. There are couple things they can improve though, such as the cupboards and paint in the units. They only improve inside the unit when a new tenant is moving in. As for those who have been here for years one can put in a request but with no guarantee that it will be done. Overall this is a good place to live especially with families. They have affordable laundry on site and a party room available with reservations. Both elementary and high school are literally 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, Freshco, Top Foods, right close by. Close to TTC. This is mostly a quiet building
