I cannot say enough good things about Brent Jeffreys! I have used him 3 times in the past for inspections and can highly recommend him. He is extremely thorough and the most helpful, knowledgeable person that one could ever hope to find. I have asked him questions months after he did an inspection about things he was under no obligation to respond to, yet, he responded each and every time and his advice resolved my issue every time. He even dropped by when he was in the area to show me where the device was that I was searching for, but couldn't find - just because he is the nicest guy in town! I will use Brent for all future inspections and would recommend him with highest regard and without a single hesitation.

We hired Brent 6 years ago due to his high ratings on homestars. He inspected the house we are currently living in, let me tell you, he is the best!! He found the basement cracks and got the seller to fix it for us, and everything he said came true in the 6 years. We are amazed by his accuracy. So a few days ago when our offer got accepted for our rental property, we called Brent again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Since I know absolutely nothing about houses, he would patiently explain how everything works. He sent us a summary report a few hours after the inspection and sent a full report with tons of pictures taken on the same day.
