Competitive price & absolutely delighted by their service. Gina, was exceptional, provided us with very valuable tips for overall health of both furnace itself & about the Humidifier as well. I got to learn about Humidifier having a filter, which honestly, I never knew existed in first place. She was quick about setting us up with an email reminder/alert to change the filter. I reached out to several furnace filter companies only to get stuck in robotic voice hell. When I called Gena at Envirofilters, not only did she answer the phone, she FaceTimed me so that I could locate the humidifier filter I never knew we had only to find it disintegrated and severely leaking. Gena walked me through how to remove it with protective gloves, follow the tube to the tsp behind the furnace so that I could turn it off. In doing so, Gena helped us avoid a disaster. We then proceeded with my filter order and offered to call us when the filters should be changed

It is rare to find someone who genuinely wants to help. Gena provided, above and beyond excellent customer service. I have already referred a couple of my friends to her. Thank you so much Gena.
