Ashwani has excellent customer skills. He was very polite and pleasant. He went out of his way to ensure I was fully satisfied. He provided a full explanation of the plan i received. I was a very happy customer when I left the store.

She was very friendly and accommodating! She will tell you what’s best for you! I talked to her few weeks ago and I told her I wanted this particular phone and since there was no available inventory that time she told me I had two options, pre order or wait for the shipment of their inventories. So I said ok I’ll just pre order, but she told me that it would be better if I just wait for the shipment since it will be faster that way. I took her advice, and soon enough she called me and informed me that the phone id now available in store! Thanks to Shiesta I now have my new phone! Will definitely recommend her to my families and friends!

Varun is a great rep at freedom mobile. He made everything easy to understand and simplified all the confusion. I have experience with other reps but he was most attentive and his service was truly appreciated.
