Called Reliance for a tankless water heater and their technician spent 2 minutes in the house and said "no, we can't do it". Reached out to Gas Pro, they came the same day and figured out a way to get it done! I guess it was possible, just that Reliance did not want to put the effort!! Thank you Gas Pro!
