My sweetie recently discovered this small business located at the Midland Business Centre that supplies products to dim sum restaurants.

Wow! Quality, delicious and cash & carry prices.

The only difficult consumer decision is how many will you buy and stock up in your freezer for when you have the munchies!

How about a bag of 80 pieces of Shrimp Dumplings for $58 (no tax, cash only)? Siu Mai for $22 will get you 40 pieces. A bag of 15 BBQ Pork Buns for $12 which is my favourite item from here.

Brace yourself before opening the front entrance. It's as if your were entering a 1 square metre sound proof booth with a price list stuck to the window.

Once you place your order, a trap door opens near your feet and a tray appears for you to place your cash onto before it is retrieved. I burst out laughing because it looked like Thing from The Addams Family!

Anyhow, this factory frozen dim sum outlet is a gem!

Huge grocery store with almost everything you need to cook a meal. Decent pricing, lots of parking. Located next to business Costco as an added bonus.

Might as well write a review now since my mom always buy dim sum here. Tried other places before, but none are as good as this place. I am convinced that some dim sum restaurants use the food here, it taste the exact same.
