This was my first time going to Jimmy. It was such a pleasant experience. He is kind, honest and skilled. I came in for a complete tune up but he told me it wasn’t necessary. The work was half the cost of what I was expecting. He also made some minor adjustments for free. He completed the work in under 2 hours. My Trek Domane ALR feels like a brand new bike now. "Jimmy" is friendly and helpful. Its a small business run out his impecably clean and well organized shop in his garage. His hours are limited so if you are a bike commuter working 9 to 5 in need of fast turnaround at extended business hours this might not be the shop for you. However, he is very happy to instruct you in how to take care of your bike yourself so you might not need his services very often. He is community and service oriented and volunteers his time to teach kids basic bicycle maintenance. He also fixes up donated wrecks to give to kids who might not be able to afford a bike. He provides very modestly priced new and sometimes used parts for his services which are also at quite modest prices. He sometimes accepts donations of used or broken bikes so he can fix them up and give them away so more people can bike. This is a business one can feel good about supporting.

Excellent service. I bought a used bike that had more damage then could be seen. Jimmy was able to diagnose and fix the problems. The bike now works great and is safe. Thank you Jimmy!
