We sent our 4 year old Australian Shepard to K9X with major reactivity issues, making it impossible to walk him, get him to listen in most situations, have positive interactions with people, etc. Once he came back from training with Nicole, he was a brand new dog with all of his issues fixed (as long as we maintain the training). She brought him home and did an extensive training session with us to ensure we are set up for success. Her communication was great through the whole process and continues to be even once his training was finished. Cannot recommend her enough!
