Licensed Home Inspector

We recently entered into an agreement to buy a 2 year home in Markham Ontario. Given its new and still under warranty, My spouse said why spend 300$ on a home inspection. How ever, our realtor suggested to have one and introduced the Licensed Home Inspectors. We were surprised how a new home could come up with defects such as leaky garage roof and un-even flooring. In the ground floor, We he left a ball in the kitchen, its started to roll toward the front. The inspector explained the ground is sinking toward the flooring and its a pending disaster in number of years. With out him, We would have known that as when we entered the house, It was all normal for us. The small ball did the magic but knowing that is why we need professionals like "Licensed Home Inspectors" We owe a million to these guys as they really saved a million dollar disaster. We highly recommend a home inspection. If you have one in your own, go with them or If you need a knowledgeable Inspector with license, Call Incense Home inspectors

They went above and beyond to make inspecting a home in Scarborough.
I was amazed how quick his responses were and how fast he managed to set up an inspection.

They are absolutely professional and completely thorough with their inspections.
Within 1/2 hour of completing the inspection , I was emailed about 50 pictures and an extensive, detailed report. This was in addition to all the answers and comments that we had.

After I had a chance to read through the detailed report, I called them with a few more questions. They were very honest and gave me the full scope of the good, bad and the ugly.
They spent a lot of time and patience talking with me and going over the report in great detail.
