Mark is a great person with kind attitude and professional skills. He knows what he is doing and provide really good advices, as expected for someone who spent 20 years on his work. From my experience, he like a doctor for your pc/laptop, a finger snap and he'll know you problem. Above all of that, what I like the most is how he try to save your money. This is the first time that I come here but I will definitely make this place a "family doctor" for my PC.

I have known Mark for many many years, He has been my 'Go To' since day one. Without a doubt, he knows his stuff, and provides service at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner.
