All people in the business are fairly nice to work with. Installer Joe came over with his colleague at 7:40 am and installed front and rear safe T screen doors along side with 3 bulldog window screens. Super friendly and kept our house clean (clean after installation). Product has slick looking and good quality. We had some hiccups before the installation, cause we thought the front safe T screen door was not very good looking. But when we saw the product, we immediately knew that’s what we wanted. The only thing that could be better is that it could be hard to contact Tom sometimes and the whole process took 4 months instead of 3.

Excellent Service call on our retractable screen. Very patient with us and resolved our issues one by one. Even provided tips to maximize usage and maintenance.

I called couple of times, no one picks up the phone not there is a voicemail. I hear the ad on News talk 1010 always. I expect better customer service.

We absolutely love our two Metalex storm doors and basement window guards, and feel so much more secure now since we had them installed. They are solid and very well made. Not only that, but the doors are quite beautiful and look really nice on the house (there are many styles to choose from). We've had several compliments from neighbours, delivery people, etc. Definitely a purchase we have no regretted making!
