I went in there mot knowing what to do I was very worried. They dealt with me in a very kind and professional manner. I was very happy with the way i was treated. They helped me with all my medical needs. I then brought my mom that has alit of medical problems and they helped her alot more in one fay then in the 15 years she has been going allover the place for her medical needs. I want to thank the owner especially Max he is a Super Amazing Human being. I left there so happy I wanted to cry. Because of the le ek of care my mom and i recieved in their clinic.

I highly recommended this place! Everyone is kind, caring, patient, understanding and Knowledgeable. Also they put their patients first and greet you right away as you walk in. My first Experience with Pyramid Health Care Services Inc was Excellent. I hurt my lower back at work a few weeks ago and I was told my back was spasmed. They took X-rays and it came back showing that. I now have to do physiotherapy to strengthen that area and help it heal . In a few months wsib is sending me to a sports doctor to do some testing. Pyramid Health Care Services was very understanding with my situation and got me in right away with no problems. They took good care of me. The receptionist was very kind, attentive, caring and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much Pyramid Health Care Services Inc for everything. I know it was a last minute call in and I needed to start my physiotherapy ASAP and you fit me in no problem and understood right away . I've been working and going to school from home. I know I should have bought a better chair, because I would sit for more than 14 hours without getting up, but I didn't. I woke up one morning and my neck and back were in so much pain that I could barely move. I tried taking painkillers, but they barely did anything. Luckily for me Pyramid Health Care Services fixed me up. I can move my neck and bend without my back hurting.

In my experience with Pyramid Health Care Services, I found them to be polite, courteous, and understanding. Before anything was done to me, they explained the procedure. I had no problem with my insurance either.

In case you're wondering, yes, I bought a new chair. But, if this new chair doesn't work I know where to go if my neck and back start feeling bad again!
