RCC Waterproofing Scarborough

I was redoing my basement in my new home and noticed that I had a foundation crack. I was pressed for time as my tradesmen was coming to finish his job but I was stalling him as I needed the crack to be fixed asap.
I called RCC and the Representative Nicholas who I dealt with was extremely understanding with my urgency to getting someone at my place asap.
Nicholas was able to have Chris who was extremely knowledgeable about his profession come in and completed the job just before my tradesmen came back.
I highly recommend RCC for any of your water damage issues and please ask for Nicholas and Chris as I would definitely use RCC again because of those two great individuals.

Mauro came on several occasions and determined the problem also suggested the solution. He was very knowledgeable and gave me hints to mitigate the problems until the team came to fix it.
Chris and his team were very professional and did a great job fixing the problem while ensuring that the house was clean. Everything is now working and in good order.
I dealt with Rita at the customer service who was very curious and helpful in scheduling the work and following up when I had any questions, also during the payment process.

Prompt and efficient. Response time to communication is almost immediate.
