I had a great experience working with Tharsh! She was very knowledgeable, compassionate, hard working and kind. Her knowledge of the real estate market and attention to detail made us feel very confident going into our purchase. I would highly recommend Tharsh to anyone looking for a great realtor!

First off saying thank you is simply not enough for the amount of help that Tharshana has provided over the past couple of weeks. She made the experience of officially leasing our first property less stressful for both my partner and I. She would spend hours researching tenant backgrounds, jobs, incomes and family just to ensure she did a fantastic job in making sure we got the best tenants. She was always easy to get a hold of and communication was so clear and to the point. I remember when we were looking to purchase our property and I wanted to go with Tharshana but due to other reasons we had to go with someone else and that is one choice I will always regret. She will forever be my realtor going forward !!

I found Tharsh while looking to rent a house. That was possibly the best thing to happen to me. I moved to the Durham region with no experience or help or information. Tharsh not only found listings within our budget she also gave us her insights to the house, the locality, the surroundings. This proved to be invaluable and helped us narrow down our options to a house that was safe, in good condition and suited any other needs. She was with us every step of the way, filling in forms, connecting with landlords and essentially made the process a breeze. I am happy to report the house and locality is great, and we faced no issues at all in the entire process. Tharsh is someone I would use to any real estate related work in future. I've had agents in the past worthy of a 4 or 5 star rating; however, I have never had an agent go truly above and beyond as Tharshana did. From the long distance traveling and last minute cancelations from us as clients to calling companies to confirm what internet service was available, and bus routes for our kid for school, Tharshana never swayed for a second and made looking for a home the most positive experience ever. If there was a sixth star, it would be filled. Thank you Tharshana for all your help and look forward to working again with you in the future.
