Very friendly and helpful staff went over and above to help me get what my pets needed when we just moved to the area and were still adjusting

Has a water bowl and weighing station! They're very patient with my sassy puppy and had some good advice on what to get him.

Nice place friendly staff only downside is pricing, but that’s with any pet store.

I think their staff is really friendly and helpful. The people that work there seem to genuinely enjoy their job and are very keen about directing you towards products that will benefit your pet. My dog needs to be on a speciality diet which entails a special order of customized cooked food that they now carry. This store has been a great help navigating me through that process and accommodating those orders. I've been happy with their service in the recent months. When I come in, they already know what I'm looking for before I even tell them. I think they are doing an excellent job.

They were closing in 12 minutes and I had to get my cats calming vapor. The plug in type. So I called ahead and told him I'll be there in about 11 minutes. Which I was and they had it ready for me. I was able to pick up the item I needed. I'm very thankful that they were able to do this for me. Thank you.
