I had two SIGG bottles that were my special bottles only used for alcohol transport while Kayaking and camping and were washed etc. and looked after.
They developed some pitting on the interior and I was concerned they might be compromised. Admittingly I had procrastinated for years and the bottles are well over 15 years old.
We're starting to do some harder core outdoor stuff again and wanted my prize bottles but worried about safety and knew thaty had a "lifetime" warranty.
So, I contacted SIGG (Gillian) and she ask for pictures and I sent her a couple only to have an immediate response that she would warranty them BOTH (one wasnt too bad) but concerned and ask me not to use them. She sent a link to order my choice and I did and they arrived the next day!
I don't need to say that this level of customer service is sadly very hard to find anymore, no one stands behind their products but SIGG has gone above the call of duty!
I have many, many SIGG bottles that are even older that are still going strong and proud to share the two most favourite have been replaced and will travel and share many more amazing adventures.

Gillian in this companies customer service department goes above and beyond what customer service is. I will never think twice about what water bottle I buy in the future, it now and forever will always be SIGG. I now know if I ever need anything or have a problem, they will do whatever it takes to make it not a problem. Thanks Gillian and SIGG for hiring the best people possible.
Fantastic product line and an extremely helpful customer service department. I recently had an issue with a bottle that I've owned for a few years. Ended up writing to the company, provided some pictures of the item and received a timely response from Gillian. They covered my damaged bottle under warranty and sent me a new bottle. Thanks again SIGG (and Gillian)!
I wrote to Sigg with an issue with a water bottle I purchased nearly 2 years ago. They responded right away with excellent customer service and offered to replace the water bottle. They gave me fast, helpful, and easy steps to follow to get a new bottle. I highly recommend (and appreciate) them.
