If you afraid of public speking or communocation or improve your leadership skill this is a place to be. Great people, good experience and achieve goal much earlier if you are ambitious. Control your own Pace to your goal/achievement, accelerated due to help from members as well as available spot to practice. I am glad to join in time and change my carrier prospect in less than 2 years as well as social communication skill. Not afraid of meeting anyone or interview or public speaking at community level or at work. Great job guys!
