Dr. Shironika has treated me over the years and currently treating me and my kids. I have already noticed a great improvement in my sleep, workouts and posture. She is extremely compassionate and goes above and beyond for her patients ensuring her patients are treated and educated. Most important she is able to get movement and mobility in the most stubborn of adjustments.

I came to her with really bad shoulder pain and through various treatments, my shoulder is doing a lot better. Not to mention with working on posture and other tips, i no longer wake up feeling stiff and in pain.

Dr. Shironika is the first chiropractor I’ve ever been to. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. She has made the experience so wonderful and eased all my nerves! She explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand your treatment plan and how it will work for you. Aside from adjustments she has shown me exercises to keep my joints strong and to further ease my pain. She gets to know her patients on a personal level while also being extremely professional. After just a couple weeks my back pain has noticeably decreased and the debilitating pain in my knees is almost completely gone. Can’t recommend her enough!

Dr. Shironika is the best chiropractor ever! I may be bias as she's the only chiropractor I've been too, however she takes such great care of her clients. From my normal everyday activities I was experiencing mild back pain. Getting my back adjusted by Dr. Shironika felt like night and day, such a huge improvement. She also gave me homework to do, which as daily stretches which really help with my spine and back health. She's very patient, knowledgable and understanding, and best of all she's so amazing just to talk to. Some of our appointments would go a few minutes over just because we're engaged in such great conversation about life. This is the first time I visited chiropractor. Dr Shironika is a phenomenal doctor. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and patiently explains things to you in detail. Her approach also relieved my anxiety over how a chiropractor would handle my spine. After my single visit I have seen drastic change in my back pain. It’s almost gone and I suddenly felt light and all movements were smooth. Her experience and expertise in this field is unmatched.
