Fixed my Vaio Z Canvas. Great customer service.

David individually tested each part and found the root of my PCs problem. The graphics card was not fully seated in its slot due to an error in the installation of the motherboard made by me.

He then not only engaged in SMS but also cell phone conversations with me while i was at Canada Computers picking out a new case for half an hour. He devised a handpicked list of recommendations and explained the reasons why some of the cases would fit my vision better than others. He then did a full rebuild of my messy PC and organized my cables neatly.

He located the issue, provided pictures and was able to repair the issue without the cost of parts unlike most places that would charge the parts regardless.

I brought a second laptop and once again quickly diagnosed the issue and had the repairs done in good time.

He also was extremely flexible with time… due to working from home and working nights I was able to pick up my laptop late in the pm once the first laptop was ready and dropped off my second once once repaired… very understanding and considerate
