Tom went above and beyond my expectations for the work and he is genuine and helpful through the renovations. He also taught me the different steps of the process and some tricks of the trade and, he will remain my ‘go-to’ contractor for any other work I need at my house.
I met with multiple contactors from companies with different levels of experiences before hiring Tom. I hired TomDea to remove two loadbearing walls and raise my ceiling in my kitchen and living room area. In addition to that, I needed insulation, drywall and updated HVAC and electrical work. Tom is connected to multiple contractors with the specialties that are needed for the work you need done and they did their work well and were all friendly and professional while doing the work at my home. I would highly recommend TomDea!
