Sujatha is extremely helpful, she made our move in very easy and she is quick in responding to maintenance requests. The buildings laundry needs some attention, the machines are really old and in cry out for an upgrade.

Moved recently and pleased with the building and staff, very good management and staff specially Sujatha building manager very polite and fixed our issues within one week, whenever we call she answers the call so quickly and fix our problems. Building is also neat and clean.

30 Tuxedo is a well maintained building. Receptionist is very nice and humble, she answers every question with so much patience. Any issue I can just reach out to her in her cabin and she helps me with that issue by calling maintenance and cleaning people. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends as it is well maintained and is near to all the shops, bus stop, gas station etc

Sujatha is really nice in helping the customers find what they want. She really helped me in finding a place in 30 tuxedo ct. 30 Tuxedo is really good in terms of maintenance, I am here from almost 2 months and so far I faced no issue in terms of maintenance or heaters or anything
